I'm only 28 min in, and I'm reeling from you're words Jude, I never knew anything about soul retrieval. I truly left my body at about 15 due to a fight with my mother and you described my school bullying experience as your example, I never knew why I've always fought against my belief that I'm worthless, over the years I've always felt lost.
